If you would like to know a bit of my background, I grew up east of Richmond, VA and have lived in the Shenandoah Valley for 30+ years since coming to school at JMU. My husband and I own Shenandoah Paint and Decorating Center and have helped folks beautify their homes in the valley for over 30 years! We have 3 grown children and our favorite thing is to hang out together as a family over early morning coffee or late night chats and solve all the world’s problems. We are, of course, always successful and have saved the world many times over. You are very welcome : )

My name is Keenan Moore, and I have a passion for serving people. I’m originally from Fauquier County, and moved to The Valley 24 years ago after my military service. I have a very diverse professional background — I served in the US Air Force for 16 ½ years and worked in college admissions/higher education and IT consulting for over 20 years. Serving others is what I’ve been called to do, and that translates directly into my career with Kline May.

Being in the military for 16 plus years, I’m no stranger to the homebuying and selling processes. I’ve had to repeatedly assess what’s important to me and my family, decide whether to rent or buy, and choose whether or not to maintain ownership of previous homes when relocating. The knowledge I have gained from almost two decades of moving around is invaluable, as it will allow me to confidently guide others through these processes and all their related activities.

Whether I’m golfing, hunting, fishing, or sitting in church, I simply love being in the company of others. I have a large family — a wife of 30 years, five children, four grandchildren, and four grand-dogs. My family will tell you I love spending time with people from all walks of life.  I am a concentrated listener, and there is no problem that I do not find joy in working through. I look forward to utilizing these strengths to help homebuyers and sellers reach their ideal destinations.
